My darling Les, thirteen years have now passed since you left us - but we still include you in so many of our conversations. I met a couple of Ken’s old friends a couple of weeks ago, and we visited on Wednesday. Jean is suffering from the same condition you had and is currently on oxygen 24/7. Like you did, she’s managing to stay positive- you were so very brave my lovely man. I wanted to donate yesterday evening but then it slipped my mind as we have Dorothy and her fiancé staying with us for a couple of days. Yes, can you believe it, she’s engaged! All our grandchildren are so grown up now - even Carys will be 16 in January. You would be so proud of them all and they all have very happy memories of you. Our third great grandchild was born this year, Darcy, daughter for Jake and Millie. Ken’s cancer is currently under control and we are very happy together. I know you would approve, you always wanted the best for me. You will always have a special place in my heart. Till we meet again xxxxx
